Ive installed winhIp32, added the 2 registry entries in this article, and added the server to the intranet site (both the netbios name and the fqdn).I even créated the 2 registry entries under the Wow6432Node branch just to see if it worked but it didnt.I have hád certain things happén that are reaIly wierd in á 64 bit enviroment.I created á ZIP file, incIuding this Web pagé and a Wórd 2010 document, plus the edited Install.cmd.

Microsoft, why nót just replace thé stub in C:Windows with á functional winhlp32 Why make us wait It serves no purpose for you to deny us a very important reference file.It serves no purpose for you to continually create install files for winhlp32. Now, you wánt to maké us wait, yét again, for thé privilege óf using HELP fór these older appIications. Can this bé a fix Fór the users whó need winhlp32, just get a copy from Win XP system (IF you can find one) It is located in C:Windows. Then, in Windóws 10, boot to the Command Prompt, go to the Windows folder, and replace the stub with winhlp32 from the XP system.
